By using RewardRift ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

RewardRift is a Discord bot that tracks gaming activity through Discord Rich Presence and rewards users with points that can be redeemed for real rewards including Discord Nitro, Steam gift cards, and other digital goods.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
Users under 18 require parental consent for purchases
You must have a valid Discord account
You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service
One account per person - multiple accounts are prohibited

3. How the Service Works

3.1 Point Earning

Points are earned through tracked Discord gaming activity
Only games with Rich Presence support are eligible
Earning rates vary by subscription tier
Gaming sessions must be legitimate and organic

3.2 Subscription Tiers

Free: 0.5 points/hour, 50 point daily cap
Basic ($4.99/month): 1.0 points/hour, 100 point daily cap
Premium ($9.99/month): 2.0 points/hour, 200 point daily cap
Elite ($19.99/month): 4.0 points/hour, 400 point daily cap

🚨 STRICT ANTI-ABUSE POLICY

The following activities are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will result in immediate account termination:

Gaming Activity Manipulation: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to fake gaming activity
Rich Presence Spoofing: Artificially generating or manipulating Discord Rich Presence data
Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to circumvent daily caps
Account Sharing: Sharing accounts with others to maximize earning
Idle Farming: Leaving games running without actually playing to earn points
System Exploitation: Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities

Violations result in immediate permanent ban with no refunds.

4. Payment and Billing

4.1 Subscription Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
No partial refunds for unused subscription time

⚠️ CHARGEBACK POLICY

INITIATING A CHARGEBACK WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE PERMANENT BAN

Chargebacks are considered fraudulent use of our service
All earned points and rewards will be forfeited
Account will be permanently banned with no appeal process
Contact support for billing disputes before considering chargebacks
We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks

If you have billing issues, contact our Discord support server for resolution.

4.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase
Must have used less than 25% of subscription benefits
Refunds are processed through original payment method
Points earned during refunded period will be deducted

5. Rewards and Redemptions

5.1 Reward Fulfillment

Rewards are processed within 24-72 hours
Digital rewards are delivered via Discord or email
Reward availability may change without notice
Points cannot be exchanged for cash

5.2 Reward Limitations

Rewards are for personal use only
Reselling rewards violates these terms
Some rewards may have regional restrictions
We reserve the right to limit reward quantities

6. Account Termination

We may terminate accounts for:

Violation of these terms
Abuse of the point earning system
Fraudulent activity or chargebacks
Harassment of other users or staff
Technical abuse or system exploitation

⚡ BAN CONSEQUENCES

Upon account termination:

All points are immediately forfeited
Pending reward redemptions are cancelled
Active subscriptions are terminated without refund
Future use of service is permanently prohibited
No appeals or second chances for abuse violations

7. Intellectual Property

RewardRift name, logo, and service are our intellectual property
You may not use our branding without permission
User-generated content remains your property
We respect third-party intellectual property rights

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Service Availability

Service may experience downtime for maintenance
We are not liable for Discord API limitations
Point tracking depends on Discord Rich Presence functionality

8.2 Liability Limitations

Service is provided "as is" without warranties
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
Total liability is limited to amount paid in past 12 months
We are not responsible for third-party service issues

9. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Modifications to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically
Significant changes will be announced in our Discord
Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms
Users will have 30 days to object to major changes

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in [Your Jurisdiction].

12. Fair Use and Community Guidelines

Treat other users and staff with respect
No harassment, hate speech, or discrimination

🔒 AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By using RewardRift, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You also acknowledge that:

Violations may result in immediate permanent bans
Chargebacks will result in permanent account termination
System abuse has zero tolerance and no appeals
All points and benefits are forfeited upon termination
